  • What is the processing time for my order?

Please allow 5-10 business days for orders to be prepared, packaged, and dropped off for shipping. Though we do have some items made ahead of time, we do have items that are prepared once purchased. We put our upmost care, love, and respect into each and every item in each and every package. During the holiday season these processing times could be extended. Thank you for you patience and understanding!

 

  • I have not received my order yet.

Once we release your order to the shipping carrier it is out of our hands, which unfortunately means we don't have control over what happens next. If you are having a delay, or can not find your package, please reach out to your shipping provider!

 

  • I need help with an order.

Please email us at lilbitofeverythingtn@gmail.com WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER as well as a detailed description of what you need assistance with. We will try our best to respond within 24-48 hours. Thank you!

 

  • Can I return/exchange my item(s)?

We DO NOT offer returns or exchanges. If you received your order and need assistance, please reach out with a detailed message!

 

  • What are B-Stock items?

Great question! B-Stock items are items we've made that are still good, but due to various reasons we do not plan to sell at full price. They could have imperfections, be discontinued backstock, or possibly items we were or are currently testing. Pleas read the item description and review the item's photos under the exact product listening to find out more on the piece!
